David and Anne Allison are the founders and owners of Oakdale Funerals. They are proud and honoured to provide their community with affordable, professional and highly personalised funeral services, provided with the utmost care and respect of both the living and deceased.

Oakdale funerals came about as a definite calling, with Anne and David’s naturally caring personalities and Anne’s previous nursing experience. In addition, Anne is passionate about her role as a Civil Celebrant, having conducted many ceremonies and providing expert skills in creating and delivering unique and meaningful funeral ceremonies. She understands the importance of ceremony in honouring and commemorating the lives of loved ones, and how this can greatly comfort those saying goodbye.

We know that some individuals and families seek choice in the type of funeral vehicle that will transport them or their loved one to the venue on the day of the funeral.

In addition to our two Oakdale hearses, we also provide a wide range of vehicle choices including horse drawn hearses, vintage hearses, a Harley motorbike hearse, limousines or prestige vehicles for family transport.
